TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

Introduction

Welcome to aidemethod.com (the "Website"). This Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between you and New Day Marketing, LLC dba The AIDE Method (the "Company", "us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that govern your use of and access to the Website and any products, materials, and services provided by or on the Website (collectively, the "Services").


1. Acceptance of this Agreement

You further agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities in connection with using the Services: violating any applicable laws or regulations; sending unsolicited communications; impersonating any person or entity; harming minors; interfering with or disrupting the Services; attempting to gain unauthorized access; reverse engineering any portion of the Services; collecting user data without authorization; or assisting others in any prohibited acts.

3.3 Geographic Restrictions

The Company is based in the United States of America, in Forsyth County, North Carolina. The Services are intended for users located within the United States.


4. Terms and Conditions of Sale

4.1 Purchasing Process

Any steps taken from choosing Services to order submission form part of the purchasing process. By clicking the checkout button, you will be redirected to a payment checkout. After payment is confirmed, you will receive access to the purchased Services.

5. Contract Duration

7.1 User Generated Content

7.2 License

By submitting content, you grant New Day Marketing, LLC dba The AIDE Method a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.

User content must not violate laws or third-party rights, promote illegal activity, be false or deceptive, be offensive or obscene, or contain discriminatory or defamatory material.

These messages may include program updates, reminders, promotional offers, and operational notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

10.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and program enrollment.

10.3 Opting Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

11. No Warranty

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, New Day Marketing, LLC dba The AIDE Method shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or any damages exceeding $100 or the amount you paid us in the last six months (whichever is greater).


13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless New Day Marketing, LLC dba The AIDE Method and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims arising from your use or misuse of the Services, violation of this Agreement, or violation of any law or third-party rights.


14. Disputes

14.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

14.2 Mandatory Arbitration

You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in Forsyth County, North Carolina. No class actions or jury trials.

14.3 Time Limit for Claims

Any claim must be filed within one (1) year or it is permanently barred.


15. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect. No failure to enforce any term shall be deemed a waiver.
